Contact us today for your one on one private lessons. You will learn the art of Karate and Self-Defense along with a vigorous Kickboxing workout for a 1.5 hour private session.
Kids Shotokan Karate Class
Ages 7 - 17
This class will teach your kids discipline, respect for others and self-defense and when defending themselves is necessary. $50 per month no contracts.
Women's Kickboxing Workout
Hands-On Learning
Come join our all woman's class where you will start your journey to being in the best shape of your life while learning the art of Karate/Kickboxing.
$20 per class or $65 per month
